Dedicated to Helen Crummy (born in Craigmillar) Edinburgh

There was a very Special Lady
Who had to leave and say goodbye
Mother Nature called her back
And that's the reason why
This very special lady
Whose name is Helen Crummy
Affectionately known to one and all
As our 'Craigmillar's Mummy'

She recognised local talent
And had a can-do-attitude
She said anything is possible
If you can do it ...then you should
Care about your community
work to make it better
it's easier to change the world
when people come together

Give a child a crayon
watch what they can do
A few more years of learning
and an Artist will shine through
Give a child an instrament
Teach him how to play
A Talented Musician
could be in front of you one day
